If you've been listening for the past few months, you know that I've been rambling about my weight/overall health. It will take more than I've done so far (cutting back on bread, eliminating soda, getting back to the yoga/cardio routines), but I am pumped to share my progress with you. And thanks to everyone who has given me wonderful advice! You are awe-some *clap clap clapclapclap*

Youse guyses, I love seeing stand-up comedians perform, especially when I can help a great organization just by getting a ticket. That's why it really bothers me when people try to make everyone have a bad time. Don't be a jerk - respect the performer and your fellow audience members and simply enjoy the show! NFL Game of the Week 7: Atlanta Falcons at New England Patriots

It seems I have to throw in some REAL TALK more often these days, which is good and bad. It's good because I enjoy yelling about people being terrible. But it's bad because, well, people are being terrible. Dudes, we need to be better. You definitely know someone who has dealt with (at the very least) sexual harassment, so do what you can to stop the cycle. In simpler terms: stop being gross!

A few good movies for your viewing pleasure are out this week, along with some new games from longstanding franchises. Have all of the fun with the stuff!
