I Saw A Creepy AI Picture

And I need to share this with you, because it is just so odd and when people say "ugh AI" this is what they likely mean: 

Look at that shit. How off-putting is this picture! What happened to these emotional/motivational messages being plastered on pictures of sunsets or starry night skies? Who decided "hey, we should ask AI to make a picture with ghost parents at dinner" and settled on sharing...that?

Why is everyone eating a weird waffle on two plates? Why are they all looking in different directions? The girl sitting in front of "mom" - whose hand is on her shoulder? What is up with everyone's face? And why are people sharing this monstrosity in earnest?

Look, I get the sentiment. We've all lost people from our holiday gatherings and that's not fun to think about at all. But what the hell, man? Now I'm terrified that these AI ghost grannies will haunt my holidays forever. I have no real issue with using AI to help you make things - an arrow in the quiver, if you will. But this? This is creepy and gross. Cut it out.

I made this in Canva on my phone (not my design) and it's infinitely less weird than that...thing up there. Use something like this instead and have a happier holiday:
