Weekend adventures

This is [probably] why I had a kid: to go do stuff with him. As much as he disliked Saturday, he loved Sunday at the party. Watching him be a big kid doing stuff will never not amaze me. Love that little dude.

Video game stuff

I am really looking forward to the new Power Rangers game, even if I veered off into patpeeve territory during this segment. But while we're on it: I don't care for games in the first-person perspective. Send me good single-player titles that aren't that. Thanks!

Team USA basketball

I get it: people love to complain. But blaming the WNBA for Caitlin Clark's exclusion from Team USA is silly. She'll be there in 2028. Let her use this time to focus on the Fever and getting them to the next level. And watch the Olympics this summer for all the fun stuff!

The Phillies

Of course they hit a bit of a slide this week as I say I'm waiting for that to happen, but I'm still pretty confident in this team. Baseball is fun again in South Philly and I can only hope that this year they manage to win the final game. Let's do this!
